Don't forget - it's not enough just to watch what you eat between Christmas and New Year, it's more important to watch what you eat between New Year and Christmas...

Have you got your copy of Black Belt Comic Issue 3 yet? If not, don't be afraid to ask an Instructor for one!

The new check-in system is working well. Regardless of the number of stripes on your belt, it's the computer that tells us if you are ready to test. You need 18 classes at coloured belt, 28 classes at IL DAN and 48 classes at EE DAN. Coloured belts will still be striped at the end of class, but this is only for the use of the Instructor Team and has nothing to do with your attendance.

Everyone is reminded that jewellery is not permitted on the mat. This particularly includes watches, necklaces and bracelets...
