The August Belt Examination was a big one, and the photos (by Tommy Insixiengmay) are now available from the Gallery page. Well done to everyone who took part! Fortunately, the weather wasn't too bad, but that didn't stop copious buckets of sweat by everyone...

Everyone is reminded that jewellery is not permitted on the mat. This particularly includes watches, necklaces and bracelets...

The HIT Squad continues to grow, although you can't see much difference yet, there is about to be a major explosion of red jackets as the next five or six members receive their uniforms. The squad is something you have to be invited to join - you can't volunteer...
